Today, one of life’s strongest driving force is INSECURITY. Because of human pride (our greatest sin), majority wouldn’t admit to this, but it shows. We act like this, we act like that, we try to become someone else we’re not. And at the end of the day, when we look in the mirror of life, that’s what we see — someone else. We lose the touch of reality, the sense of our own IDENTITY.“You’re a nobody! You have no purpose! After death, nobody will ever remember you!” All insecurity, inferiority, and uncertainty are but the devil’s LIE!“Insecurity kills all that is beautiful.”– Demi LovatoALL is beautiful. After six days of Creation, “God saw all that he had made, and it was very good . . .” (Genesis 1:31).YOU are beautiful. After creating us in His own image, “We are fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, . . .” (Psalms 139:14).What happened? The thief (Satan) comes only to steal, kill, and destroy! (John 10:10) SIN came into the equation, and thus we were separated from God because He is holy. Consequentially, sin had blinded us from seeing God, and it had also blurred our sight of His perfected image in each of us. So we see darkness instead of light. We see ugliness instead of beauty. We see imperfection instead of perfection.SIN is the pollution that blinds us from the truth. SIN is a black hole! Do not let any black hole suck the star out of you, because you were created to shine with perfect beauty. “… but I (JESUS) have come that you may have life, and have it more abundantly.”(John 10:10)Our PERFECTION exists already. It is somewhere hidden beyond our human rationalization (pride). We don’t create it. God already attributed it to us. We can find it like a master sculptor who finds a statue in a raw block of marble — not by adding anything, but by taking away the excess and unnecessary materials that obscure the perfect form within.After all, we are each His masterpiece.
